Xavier Rolet
Chief Executive
Joined the Board as a Director on 16 March 2009 and appointed Chief Executive on 20 May 2009. From 2000 to 2008 he was a senior executive at Lehman Brothers and, most recently, CEO of Lehman in France. Prior to Lehman Brothers, he held senior positions at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson from 1997 to 2000, Credit Suisse First Boston from 1994 to 1996 and Goldman Sachs from 1984 to 1994. He is a non-executive director of LCH.Clearnet and is also a member of the Board of Overseers of Columbia Business School.

Doug Webb
Chief Financial Officer
Appointed to the Board in June 2008. At QinetiQ Group plc from 2003 to 2008, became its Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Previously Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, North America and then Finance Director, Continental Europe at Logica plc from 1994 to 2003 and at Price Waterhouse from 1982 to 1994. He was appointed as a non-executive director of SEGRO plc from May 2010.

David Lester
Director of Information Services and Chief Executive Turquoise
David joined the London Stock Exchange in 2001 and is responsible for the Group’s Information Services Division and is Chief Executive of Turquoise the Exchange's pan-European trading platform built in partnership with major banking clients. He is a member of the Borsa Italiana board and is Deputy Chairman of FTSE International and Chairman of MillenniumIT and Proquote. David has over 20 years experience in financial information and technology working at Regus, Thomson Financial, Accenture and KPMG prior to joining the Exchange.

Raffaele Jerusalmi
Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer of Borsa Italiana and Director of Capital Markets
Appointed to the Board in June 2010. In addition to his role as Director of Capital Markets, Raffaele was appointed to Chief Executive Officer of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. in April 2010. He is also a Board Member of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Monte Titoli S.p.A., CC&G S.p.A., MTS S.p.A. and EDX London Limited. Prior to joining Borsa Italiana in 1998, he was head of trading for Italian fixed income at Credit Suisse First Boston and member of the proprietary trading group in London from 1996 to 1998. From 1997 to 1998 he was a Board Member of MTS S.p.A., representing Credit Suisse First Boston and from 1989 to 1993 was head of trading for the fixed income and derivatives divisions at Cimo S.p.A. in Milan.

Tony Weeresinghe
Head of Global Development
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MillenniumIT. Tony joined the Group’s Executive team in October 2009 through the MillenniumIT acquisition. Prior to starting MillenniumIT he was Head of the Open Systems Division of ComputerLand and Country Manager of Oracle both Sri Lankan based companies. He is a member of the British Computer Society and the Institute of Data Processing Management.

Kevin Milne
Director of Post Trade
Director of Post Trade, responsible for formulating and executing on the Group’s post trade strategy, developing its existing clearing and settlement assets and overseeing the provision of post trade services to the Group’s markets. He joined the Group from Xtrakter (formerly ICMA) where he held the position of Chief Executive until the sale of the business to Euroclear SA when he became a member of Euroclear’s senior management team. He has over 25 years of financial experience working at Thomson Financial, Macgregor and Omgeo.

Antoine Shagoury
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Chief Information Officer, responsible for technology throughout the Group’s markets including Group-wide IT organisation. He joined the Group from American Stock Exchange (now part of NYSE Euronext) where he was CIO from 2004. He has over 20 years of information technology experience working at Instinet Services as CTO and Datastream Corporation.
