The London Stock Exchange Group Foundation (the “LSEG Foundation”), a charitable corporate trust set up through the Charities Aid Foundation (“CAF”), has been established and is operated on behalf of London Stock Exchange Group plc (LSE) and its subsidiary undertakings (the “LSE Group”) by the LSEG Foundation Committee (the “Committee”).

Please fill in the following form to submit your request for a charitable donation (“application”) to the Committee. The Committee reviews applications on a quarterly basis and will give you a feedback as soon as practically possible following such review.

If you are not a UK registered charity you will also be asked for completing the CAF Grant Eligibility Application Form.

2.	The Committee reserves the right to make any charitable donation deemed appropriate. However, it will not sanction charitable donations that may be construed as political or as promoting the commercial advancement of the London Stock Exchange Group or may be not compliant with the Group community investment policy, the local regulatory environment and/or all other applicable laws and regulations. You agree that the Committee may request additional information from you and/or undertake any reasonable steps to verify your (and if different the proposed beneficiary?s) identity and other relevant information in compliance with this policy.

Data Protection

3.	The information provided in this application will be used by the Committee for the purposes of considering the application, and if (at the Committee?s full discretion) the application is approved, for the purposes of approving the application and providing or continuing to provide any charitable donation. We may need to share your information with our service providers and agents for these purposes.  We may use your data for market research purposes and to send marketing material and information about the LSEG Foundation and related matters or services.
